I see the cinco de mayo paint on my end but not the others, how do i fix that.

u mean old paints?
you need to be a sub while those paints released to keep them in your profile
u might be able to buy old paints in the new website
or if you mean the paint tool, its just for demo purpose, other people dont see that paint
