A friend of mine is trying to upload an emote, and in 2 attempts it has been deleted by moderation but none of us, who are awaiting it's usage, can identify the problem.

first time, it was deleted by obscurelambda, who doesn't even seem to be in this server. I'm not sure if the same moderator deleted it the second time.
I can't see it on the deleted page like Rennat47 can so I'll attach it if it needs review.
