#7TV freezes Twitch streams for like 10 seconds every 10-30 min

I have no other extensions and I've tried 4 different browsers (Firefox, Opera GX, Google, Brave) and 7TV makes my twitch freeze for like 10 seconds sometimes they just dont unfreeze automatically so I have to refresh. This does not happen without 7TV (I also have a high spec PC and tried on a laptop too so it's nothing other than 7TV)

Does anyone know a fix for this, is it just me or is there nothing to do?
