I have the same issue and Kathy hasn't responded. I've been asking since December. 
the server support ignores us and cannot reply
which is very sad
so I don't know why they are here
if they don't help at all
how such help is useless

Only thing that will fix this is cancel the subscription, wait for it to end, then resubscribe
and you can't fix it by anyone who has power over the site
I have cancelled, it never decided to end itself as I've shown you in screenshots, and there is no way for me to re-cancel it or change payment method. Please actually fix this. I've been begging since last year. Idk why we keep getting ignored. It's frustrating.

I feel your frustration. I've had this issue since August 2023 and reported it through DMs here and via email, but I never received any feedback or help. The most frustrating part is losing all the exclusive/limited time paints. I even subscribed on day one to get the founder badge and never missed any paints, but because this issue was never resolved, I got butt fucked. I guess it is what it is. fuck them.
Last I heard Kathy once again told a dev about it. Dunno whether that's actually true or not because I was told the same in December '23, and every time I've inquired since...at least the times I wasn't ignored

Hi, I am going to message here because I have already messaged one of the admins on discord and it went ignored. I have held a 7tv sub for almost 2.5 years. I use to sub monthly and last year decided to move to a yearly sub. Since last June when i moved to a yearly I have also been getting charged monthly. So I have been paying for this service double. I keep trying to make sure the monthly is canceled, and it literally is, but I am still getting charged for it. At this point I literally can not afford to keep subbing and just want it canceled/my money back. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Why have a help page if you only send me to one person that doesnt even respond?

I'm having issues too where it won't let me sub at all, I have not had a previous subscription I just can't start one period. I had been trying since july to get a sub and it errors every time I try to sub. I know the issue isn't my card or paypal because I have tried them on other stuff immediately after trying on 7tv and they work so ?? i just don't understand
