Describe the issue / feature
I had a set of 7tv emotes consisting of 200+ emotes + a private set. Today when i tried to add a new emote, I saw that there is no set to add this emote to. Then I went to check my account and it is totally empty - no emotes at all (uploaded by myself too), no editors of my 7tv account, nothing - just like a recently created account - and it says that the account was created on 17 of April 2024, while I integrated 7tv 2 years ago and was a subscriber of 1.5+ years until this month.

Steps to Reproduce
Log into my account and check how it looks from your side.

Expected Behavior
Restored account data and settings for these 2 years

When applicable please also add screenshots to help us visualize the issue.

but i've always signed in through twitch

looks like you linked your discord and then unlinked your twitch

and when you logged back in with twitch again it made a new account

#

you can still log back in to the old account using your discord

#

just right click the sign in button

#

but the accounts still need to be merged so do as i said before

Not that, I had another discord acc and logged into 7tv (through twitch anyway) probably that created all the mess, however, I didn't expect that it will happen. I never unlinked my twitch and was logging in always through twitch

@fresh granite hi, sorry, could you please advise how long does it take to make the merge? Since no one can use 7tv emotes on my channel except global ones for a couple of streams

there's a way to fix this while waiting

connect Kick (make one if u dont have it) to your twitch 7tv account then unlink twitch

link twitch to the other 7tv account with emotes

thank you, i tried to do my best, but the account pages are loading for 2-4 minutes and after all it says i can't unlick twitch, however i clearly see that kick is connected Apu and after refreshing the page i appeared on the 3d created account .... i will better wait for merge
