[FIXED] 7TV Extension/emotes not loading, Chrome

Describe the issue

7TV button next to chat is not loading, emotes not showing at all.

I have no other emote extensions.

I have tried deleting cookies and refreshing and also disabling uBlock Origin but the problem persists.

Emotes appear on https://7tv.app/

Extension shows up next to search bar on Chrome, clicking opens the (very thin) menu and can go to the landing page.

Fully restarting and updating my computer fixed the issue, so it may be possible that just a browser restart was needed.

Thanks for the link to that flowchart though @calm oar , I glossed over it when reading over that channel. Maybe it should be pinned/highlighted more/at the top so people go to it as a first resource
