#Paint feature not available, now my subscription does not show up even though I paid for a year

About 6 days ago, I paid for a year's subscription to 7tv. The paint feature was not working for me, but I assumed I would have to wait for the new set.

After checking today, it no longer shows that I am a subscriber, I don't have the option to use any nametag paints, and all the settings bring me back to the store which tells me to subscribe. I am already a subscriber. How can I fix this?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

docHmm hmm, ok, it also shows that you are no subscriber on there.

Basically there are 2 things that could have happened. Either there is an accidental duplicate account of yours which is subscribed now, or something went wrong with the subscription in general.

First we should check if there is a duplicate account of yours

If there is no duplicate account with an subscription you would have to dm Kathy and describe the problem to her, she handles all the payment and subscription problems

I'm not sure which it would be, but this account was working earlier today
