Unable to load specific emote

Hi, For the last month a single emote has been unable to load in twitch chat for me

I get a infinite loading page on the website because the x1.webp is a 403 error for https://cdn.7tv.app/emote/629fa7bb2b24f7ba48b6e6c4/1x.webp

How it looks when others use the emote

i use cloudflare for dns. this image better shows the issue, by default it trys to show the 1x

After looking around, These are other's that dont load their x1.webp

And that other forum post makes no sense, a 1000 error is a dns issue with the origin server

a part of me think this is a server issue but all links works for me here so i guess its our internet problem
