#Custom Highlight - Highlight specific user or role messages

What does the Flash Title and RegExp parameters of "Custom Highlights" do?
Also, isn't it possible to highlight specific users or roles with this, I can do it with BetterTTV, but I think that extension's highlighting feature isn't compatible with 7TV.

Flash Title: The title of the twitch tab will be changed when you get mentioned
