Hi I just subscribed to 7tv Permium for 1 Year to use the Personal Emote feature.

Well as i now know, after heading here and read the posts, this is bugged.
Can please some Mod or Admin activate this feature manually or if this is not possible, cancel the year subcription and start a refund ?

also can you update your twitch linked in your discord bio

My 7tv account name is FloBen

And my Discord > twitch link is also updated ( didn’t know u have to do it manually 😅)

So for your information
only emotes that are enabled in more than 50 channels are eligible for personal emote usage

For subscription issues, you can contact @catiy in dm

Oh ok I didn’t know that you have such requirements to enable the personal emote usage.

It's a shame that there are no references or FAQs for this. or did I just miss it?

Same happens to me. I have to reload the page like 5 times to get them to show up in the emote menu.
