#Personal emotes are visible only for a second

#EDIT Its just visual bug on my (sender) side, other users can see them no problem.

Whenever I send personal emote, its visible as an emote for like a second (at least for me) but then it turns into text. Not sure how other users see them. Is this Personal Emotes system completely broken? Cause that's the only reason I'm subscribed so...

can confirm, I have the same problem from time to time not only with personal emotes but also with the NNYS emotes. Apparently they are still visible for others though
