I can't link Twitch to my main 7tv account anymore. | 7TV | Page 1

The Issue:

I can't link Twitch to my main 7tv account anymore. I have tried to relink Twitch to my 7tv account for a name update (I changed my Twitch name a while ago) but now get the error: {"status_code":500,"status":"Internal Server Error","error":"Internal Server Error","error_code":70500}

Steps to Reproduce:

Have a regular 7tv account that was created with Twitch
Try to link Discord to said 7tv account but instead a 2nd 7tv account gets created
Link Kick to the 7tv account that's linked to Twitch
Unlink Twitch from the 7tv account (7tv account name automatically changed to Kick handle + _####)
Try to relink Twitch to the 7tv account that's connected to Kick
Pop-up appears that it's connecting, get error: {"status_code":500,"status":"Internal Server Error","error":"Internal Server Error","error_code":70500} and if you click on "here" for the manual redirect, get error: {"status_code":400,"status":"Bad Request","error":"Invalid Request: bad resp from provider: 400 - {\"status\":400,\"message\":\"Invalid authorization code\"}\n","error_code":70410}

7tv account that was created by trying to link Discord to the first 7tv account:

I have tried:

Linking Twitch to the above mentioned 2nd 7tv account that can be logged in through Discord, which works fine. Unlinking and retrying didn't help though
Removing the 7tv connection in the Twitch settings

Request:

Maybe merging the both accounts solves this problem already.
