how does the paint tool work in settings? if i create a custom paint is it only visible for me or is there a way to make it universal? i was creating a custom paint from the 7tv settings in twitch chat, and i see my creation but no one else does. just wondering. thanks in advance for the help.

It's client side only. If it was global it could be abused. Really it's just meant for creating ones that could be used in future paint releases
