nvm they finished processing 
took about 30 mins though
so it might still effect people

We're aware of the issue, it seems there's multiple duplicate processing jobs being started for emotes somehow

Would this also explain new emote uploads sticking at 100%? Was being stupid with filesize, ignore this idioto.
