What browser?
Do you have unique windows display scaling or browser scaling?
Have you tried with only 7tv extension on and no other browser extensions? (i'd suggest you try it in incognito mode and enable 7tv in incognito mode)

Ohh yea sorry for the missing info. Its Chrome and i have no scaling involved. i havnt tried that yet, but i have the same extensions on both devices. but i will still give it a go now👍

dont have much clue on this issue
make sure the chrome settings on both desktop and laptop is the same i guess

maybe also windows display zoom and language
