The delete button beside each messaged worked fine up until yesterday when suddenly it just doesnt work anymore. When I click the delete message button it doesnt delete it and instead sends a random string of numbers and letters to the chat from my account. I cannot see the random strings until I refresh the page although the rest of chat can see them.

I'm using firefox although the exact same issue is happening on chrome too and im using the latest nightly build of 7TV and have been since it released. I will try the stable build but still wanted to let you know about this bug. The bug disappears when 7tv is disabled and the delete function works again.

I tried both versions too and they both prevent me from deleting on either Chrome or Firefox. When I try to delete a message in chat, nothing gets deleted and instead a message gets posted in chat. That message seems to be information on the page header like the time or something else. Here's an example of it happening. Like Lilith said, it was working last week.

looking into this, the delete message function is using irc instead of apollo. will fix Okay
