#7TV's "Improve the User Card" fucntion removes the ability to block/report

As the title said, with "Improve the User Card" toggled on, ther is no 3 dots on the left of the user profile, removing the possibility to report users in Twitch chat to Twitch moderation team.

You can just open the native twitch card
