Would be nice to ONLY get pinged or have messages highlighted when messages contain EXACT words you have added to custom highlights.

as an example my username was PrepyEmoSiren and i added 'prepy' 'emo' and 'siren' as custom highlights. i would still get highlights/pings if messages contained any form of those words. such as emotional
now my username is Prepy and my emote prefix is also prepy. so NOW when my emotes are used in chat the message gets highlighted and i get pinged.
