Twitch's new bright yellow SUBtember banner shows up by default under every stream video/above the channel bio etc. Even after its closed, it pops up every time a stream is loaded in a tab/refreshed. Would be great to have the option to disable the banner permanently.

Someone already implemented this exact feature. Just need to wait until it gets merged.
