Describe the issue
I was previously under the name ItsKILLKILL and I was a 7tv founder with a reoccuring subscription. When I changed my name on twitch I logged out of 7tv and logged back in while trying to trouble shoot a problem I was having getting emotes to my twitch channel(new username is KillKillTV). Now 7tv sees me as a new user. Lost my emotes and I'm still being charged monthly with no way of being able to stop the subscription or even transfer it over to the new "user"

Steps to Reproduce

Login to 7tv using your Twitch account
subscribe to 7tv
change your twitch username
log out of 7tv and re login using twitch under the new username

Expected Behavior
For 7tv to recognize me and not make a new account.

I did do that...crap I didn't consider that. Kinda forgot I did do that in the process LUL But I didn't think it would forget me entirely. I was just trouble shooting emotes not appearing on my channel.

if you only signed out from 7tv and logged back in it would update your twitch info

a link to the account on 7tv? It doesn't show up for me either. I was an editor for a friends 7tv account as well and I noticed that all the emotes I added didn't show up as me adding them, instead it appeared as no one having added them to his channel

okay so the account is still accessible

since you linked your discord

you can right click on this button and log in with discord

but i think your "new" account still needs to be deleted first before you can link your twitch with your old account

but if you want you can connect a throwaway discord account to your "new" 7tv account

and then you can unlink your twitch
