I've enabled logging errors in my Brave browser and I'm attaching the errors to the screenshots

If needed I can provide some logs or something

I'm 80% sure that this happens because of that error "User denied permission to access the database", although I've got no prompt so I haven't denied anything. Is there a way to manually permit the extension?

but check your extension settings

All is fine here

I should mention that it does fix itself after some time

but it breaks after a browser restart

#

I already checked the browser settings and I've got no settings set up to clear my files

do you have any antimalware software that regularly deletes your browser cache?

e.g. norton does that by default
