I have been a 7tv subscriber for more than 9 months and my current subscription is not active.

I've linked my 7tv account to Twitch and to Kick, but I'm noticing inconsistencies.

7tv takes my Twitch Bio and Twitch Name, but no longer updates either one.

Since I have been active on Kick, I've noticed my name and badge from 7tv do not update in chat with the selected Paint and Badge colors from my 7tv profile.

Can someone assist?
I can provide screenshots and any additional information to help troubleshoot this issue.

I am 100% positive it is the original account. When I heard 7tv was integrated with Kick, I signed back in under the original account to the 7tv website, and then linked to Kick.

Im having this issue, but after i connect my 7tv to kick and refresh it asks me to connect my account again

Does anyone know if you need to be an ACTIVE subscriber for the Badge and Paint to show?
I am unable to subscribe at this time, but will be able to in a few weeks to test it, unless someone knows the answer.

I have an active sub but now everytime I got into a 2nd stream the paint disappears but stays on the 1st stream i join. before i didnt have this problem. but its not a big deal for me but i know some people will have an issue

Having issues with paint not showing up in any twitch chat. Does anyone have a fix? I am currently an active sub as well.
