some more info:
The problem is one of their editor with the ID of 631d4d3f4f3e0f1fc59f9fc5 got their 7tv profile removed: #help-old message
and somehow didnt reflect the change in their editor list
hence there was an error in trying to load that editor

so going to need this user code removed from the profile that way the profile can load properly and the correct changes wil lbe reflected in the code
