Currently, messages in chat between 00h00 - 00h59 are timestamped as "24:xx:xx", and 7tv is the only instance that I've seen use "24" as an hour indicator for anything.
To conform with most global standards/avoid confusion, please can timestamps during this hour change to "00:xx:xx".
