Managing emotes for a streamer and hit the max... at 250

I've seen the same for inactive users. I believe the streamer can claim the extra slots by visiting the site.

Yes, they need to log in into their accounts on the website and their slots will automatically upgrade to 1000

I had her log in yesterday to remove and readd me as an editor to see if that would fix it, but it still says 250.

i though at first you already tried that my bad, but next time you can edit the number yourself like shown on the gif

On my emote sets page, I only see my own

yes and if you click on the wrench icon on the emote set you can change the number of emote slots

and you can change that on every channel you are editor of

I don't see any entries for people I manage

Or a way to add them

you need to go to their profile

to manage their emote sets

we dont really have a good way of showing list of people you are editor of currently
but you can click the search profile buttons and it will automatically suggest all the people who added you as their editor
