I've noticed since the website was updated a while ago there is significant lag/hitching to video playback on Chrome. Specifically when the 7tv emote library is showing.
With a Twitch stream or Youtube video on one monitor, and 7tv emote library tab open on another:
On Chrome: GPU usage jumps to about 40-50% and video crawls and hitches badly.
Viewing the emote page on Brave, Vivaldi, Opera (with the video still playing in Chrome tab): GPU sits around 15-20% with no video playback issues.
