Just started today, When I add an emote to a channel it shows my old discord ID in the "...added X emote" message, in chatterino & obs (twitch chat not confirmed)
My 7tv Username is "CuppaT2020", I linked it with my discord ID ages ago when it was still "digitalctzn#6375", my current twitch username was updated a while ago to be "CuppaT_XYZ" and so was my discord ID to "CuppaT_XYZ#6375"
