Not sure if its been mentioned or if there's any ways to fix but since the update all of the blacklisted text/emotes I had through bttv aren't blacklisted anymore in chat. If I blactlisted the word "test" for example, it will still show. If there is any workaround or potential bug fix in the near future, feel free to let me know
