Sub/Resub Notifications invisible when FFZ and 7TV Nightly are enabled at the same time

Sub/Resub Notifications dont show up in Chat when FFZ and the 7TV Nightly extension are enabled at the same time.

If i enable FFZ and 7TV Nightly at the same time the sub notifications are invisible in Chat. It looks like this
