Describe the issue: I cannot add any emotes others have created to my account even when there are no emotes added yet to my account. AKA Emote Sets is blank and add emote does not pop up with myself as an option.
Where does the issue happen: On my account via the webpage.
Steps to Reproduce: Delete all emotes added/created from your account. Try adding emotes a few days later. Unable to add any emotes.
Expected Behavior: I thought deleting all my emotes/created would let me upload better quality ones and to add a new theme of emotes to my channel via other's submissions.
