I was in the middle of writing code when this pops up onto my screen. Was it worth it? I personally don't think so, I clicked through fast to see if there was an option to disable this and instead came here. I really don't appreciate this sort of thing, from basically any software, ever. There has got to be a better way to effect this sort of change: a small popup when I visit a site I've configured the extension for, an option to suppress these sorts of disruptions entirely, etc. Especially when most browsers just auto-update extensions, having a huge 7tv logo popup on my computer, stealing focus from what I was working on, to tell me what, that it updated? It's honestly a little disrespectful. If you hope to not disturb me...then don't do something that is going to disturb me.
No shade at what you're building here, and I'd be happy to actually click through this little config wizard when I'm actually in the mood. Ultimately though, I install the extension just for the funny frog emotes and I don't think that's super uncommon. I'm not sure this level of interruption is required or wise just to be able to see 
in chat, and if I saw this sort of interruption again for version 3.1 I'd probably just uninstall, at least on most of my computers.
