Describe the issue
After clicking to download the update (for Beta 16 previously and now Beta 17 again today) results in the interface showing "Downloading Please Wait".

But the download never finishes/installs, and clicking to download soon after results in the message "Download throttled".

Previous to Beta 15, downloading/updating worked perfectly through the 7TV Beta settings panel.

Screenshots attached of the behaviour when attempting to update from 16 to 17.

Steps to Reproduce
Open 7TV Beta settings panel, Click “"New Version Available”.

Expected Behavior
Expected, as in the past, that the update would download and install and refresh the tab with the new version running.

Environment
OS: macOS
Web Browser / Client Software: Brave Browser V1.48.171. (Tested with Shields up and also Shields down for Twitch.tv)
