Can't add emotes

Everytime I click on an emote, the page in which I should be able to add it never loads.

This is what happens when I try clicking "use emote"

is it just this particular emote?
or are you having the issue with all other emotes

also seems like the emote is not loaded properly
if you are the emote owner make sure when uploading, the dimensions of your file is under 1000x1000 pixels, that it has less than 1000 frames, and that it is under 7 megabytes large.

i get this error when adding an emote to a collection sometimes. its my emote and others can add it but i cant.

Have you tried using other browser? Or just simply clearing the cache?
