Describe the issue.
I changed my name a few days ago to "lutrineDev" and it's stuck on the username I had before ("wtfott").

Where does the issue happen?
Definitely on the website, but I'm not sure if it happens in the API or EventAPI as well... I can't test if it does because I have no idea how to.

Steps to reproduce
Step 1: Create an account with 7TV.
Step 2: Change the name of the account on Twitch.

Expected behavior
I expected the username associated with 7TV to change with the name of the account on Twitch.
