i took a peek at them and im positive they will look fine just downloaded straight from ffz

all the migrate tool really does is look for similarly named emotes on the 7tv website - it wont upload anything for you. and if it did, it would access the exact same file you are when you right click to download

yea no use in uploading a hubble telescope image as an emote OMEGALUL it'll downscale to a max height of 128px and max width of 384px
