Describe the issue
I subscribed to 7tv (ttv jumesroom) and I changed my profile pic on the 7tv website to a gif. It's not showing up on twitch at all. I set the profile picture last night, tried signing out of 7tv and back in, and also tried changing profile picture on twitch as well. I can see other users 7tv gif profile pictures

Expected Behavior
i expected to set a gif as my profile picture, and after some time (10 mins) for it to show up on twitch as well.
