Editors need permission to delete emotes/emote sets!

One of my ex-editors decided to be a d*ck and delete my emote set before i could revoke their rights.

Might be a good addition to ask the owner of the channel for permission before entire emote sets get "accidentally" deleted.

this is already a thing

when you add someone as an editor

you get asked what permissions you'd like to give them

among those is the permission to edit sets

without this permission editors can only add and remove emotes
