fix order of emote menu to prioritize 7TV

Idk if its just me but when I click the emote menu I really want to see what 7TV emotes a channel has instead of sub emotes. Besides it makes sense for 7TV to prioritize 7TV emotes over random Twitch sub emotes

although I use tabbing and the (:) colon tabbing more than the emote menu

It doesn't make sense for 7tv to prioritize itself, since it's the main emote menu now on twitch, so it should prioritize twitch emotes like every emote menu
