Lets us choose the order of emote providers priority

For example, if I want to enable an emote that clashes with ffz/bttv, currently you can't choose which one will be shown.

In my opinion we should be able to choose which one is shown.
If not, make 7tv highest prio (both the regular emotes and the globals) over both ffz' & bttv's globals and regular emotes.

also, idk if it's possible but let 7tv override twitch emotes as well
