Reporting Emotes doesn't work if custom reason contains special characters

I reported a too wide emote, which has been validated for personal use, with the following reason (matter + additional detail = same text):

Shouldn't be validated for personal use (width ratio > 1.5:1)

Pressing the "Submit Report" button didn't have any effect, until I changed matter + additional detail. I guess it has something to do with ">", not sure tho.
