Describe the issue
If I have a window open watching a Twitch stream and also a window open with the 7TV site, the stream buffers very hard. Don't know if it's a browser issue or a site issue.
Note: if I open 7TV on another browser while watching the stream on Brave, the stream is not affected. So likely.not a hardware issue.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a stream on Brave
- Open the 7TV site in a new window
- Go to any page on the site with dozens of emotes
- Stream buffers 24/7 until 7tv site is closed
Expected Behavior
Not having other windows in my browser affected
