Able to permanently delete Personal Emote Set

Describe the issue
I tried to delete an Emote from my Personal Emotes but instead just deleted my entire Personal Emote Set/Option. Now there seems to be no way to bring it back.

I was able to add Emotes to it for a short time after deletion but it would Error at the attempt, now however it's permanently gone from my page and Sets.

Click Red Trash Icon on Personal Set

Expected Behavior
Deletes the Personal Set without being able to recover it.

OS: Windows 11
Web Browser: Opera GX

Someone did this on release, Anatole explained that you can't recover it right now, but you'll be able to create another set soon.

A quick fix to address this would be to remove the deleteEmote function from "personal emote set" so users are no longer able to call on the function to delete their personal emotes, and leaving the functionality for channel emote sets. https://github.com/SevenTV/Website/issues/979#issuecomment-1631755317

yeah i just deleted my personal emotes woops
