#Blacklisted emote set (channel-specific)

Have an emote set where channels can add emotes that would prevent usage as personal emotes by others on that specific channel.

There are currently 2 ways that someone could do this with the current tools but both techniques lack something (read below), that's why a separate emote set would give proper control to channels on what shows up on their chat.

  1. Twitch blocked terms - ends up being useless since renaming emotes is a thing.
  2. FFZ stuff - again ends up being useless since renaming emotes is a thing & is only client side

**I know that personal emotes already have very strict rules on what gets accepted but with this set it could help channels close that tiny gap of "mad at pixels KEKW" which all streamers/communities have LULEO
**
I guess this can work as a set with a red outline BatChesting

Extra idea: if an emote is in the blacklisted set maybe you could make it so that only the person using the emote can see it so there's no malding at either side

ffz stuff is also not a good way, since the new extension isnt going to work with ffz iirc

the guidelines are for general could be offensive emotes, but if you dislike an emote you should be able to restrict it from your channel imo too
