Steps to Reproduce
When adding an emote, select the personal emote set of the user you are editor of
Expected Behavior
Expected to not see their set as an option / be alerted with an authorization error
Not sure if this was intentional. Just seemed odd that I'm able to do this without specific permission

this is expected behavior, set editor permissions are selected whenever the user adds an editor

I get that the Modify Emote/Manage Emote Sets permissions encompass personal emote sets, it just seems odd since they're personal emotes rather than channel emotes
