Hi Guys, I'm writing here too, I contacted Anatole privately about a problem with the profile of an Italian stream, practically a problem with a 1-year subscriber and automatic renewal.
Anatole had solved the same problem on my profile.
a one year subscription was made on two profiles (paid in full), then the automatic renewal was removed directly from paypal and not from 7tv, this caused a problem.
I don't have the unlocked (paid) features and they have to be put in manually by a developer or whoever can.
At least that's how Anatole solved it (on one profile only) I forgot to request it on the other profile
Is it possible to get some help?
