Bits are not showing up in the chatbox for both Chrome v108.0.5359.125 and Firefox v108.0.1. It seems to be an issue with Twitch's emote suggestion feature because if you backspace on the Cheer emote some bubbles appear above the message as if it's trying to recommend or preview an emote.

Steps To Reproduce:
- Have 7tv extension enabled either by itself or with other extensions (having other extensions enabled made no difference in my testing)
- Put some bits in the chat or type "Cheer10" and hit space
- The emote icon for it will disappear and you will be left with an empty blank space
Expected Behavior:
Bits emotes should appear in the chat box to show the amount you are donating in that message. Currently you have to reply on the message at the top to see the total.

Attachment Notes:
I have attached a screengrab of what it looks like to have 100 bits or "Cheer100" in the chat box. The emote that is supposed to be there is highlighted in blue and looks like a space instead of the proper emote.
