Describe the issue
The emote picker only works for the 1st click on an emote. After this clicking on emotes does not do anything, no text is added to the chatbox; requiring the page to be refreshed for it to work again for a single emote. This only happens on Youtube's emote picker and for me is happening across both Chrome and Firefox.

Steps to Reproduce
0. Find livestream on Youtube

Click 7TV Emotes button
Click any emote
Try clicking any other emotes
Be sad that you have to manually type out emotes

Expected Behavior
Clicking emotes types their respective text in the chatbox for use in chat beyond the first emote used per instance of the page loading.

OS: Windows 10
Web Browser: Chrome Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit) & Firefox 108.0.1 (64-bit)

Added the affects others tag since I spoke to some friends who also use 7tv on Youtube and they said they had the same exact issue
