Describe the issue
The 'owned emotes' section is bugged.
- all the emotes got rearranged randomly, for every user.
- the whole section as a whole doesn't load sometimes. only 'channel emotes' section gets loaded while the 'owned' one doesn't appear at all. (Sometimes it's the other way around, with only the 'owned' emotes getting displayed while 'channel' aren't)
Where does the issue happen
In the user profile page.
Steps to Reproduce
Go into one someone's profile -
The 1st bug always happen.
The 2nd one happen occasionally, not always. and it usually gets resolved if you refresh once or twice.
Expected Behaviour
Both sections of the emotes to appear every time I go into the page, and for the emotes to be sorted in their regular order ('channel' by date added / 'owned' by date uploaded)
