Add the ability to remove yourself as an editor of someone else's channel

This would be helpful for instances where either you have fallen out with the streamer, or you had meant to have been removed but had not for whatever reason.

It could be added with a list of channels you edit for underneath your own editors list, with an X button as a way to remove yourself
