Option to overwrite BTTV and FFZ emotes

The best way to implement this would be channel editors having the ability to toggle "priority" on enabled emotes. Obviously FFZ would also have to also implement it, but that would be a pretty cool feature.

Sooo the current order in chatterino7 is [channel] FFZ > 7tv > BTTV > [global] 7tv > FFZ > BTTV.
The proposed new order is [channel] FFZ > BTTV > 7tv > [global] FFZ > BTTV > 7tv.

Though I think laden's comment that you can't easily disable bttv emotes is a good point. I'll mention that in the PR.

well BTTV and FFZ have a LAUGHABLE number of emote slots.

IMO it's fine to leave them at the top for that reason

they're so quick to scroll past

if scrolling is even needed at all

if people have lots of 7tv emotes, they're going to be scrolling regardless, even if it was at the top

I want to discuss the channel emote order in https://github.com/Chatterino/chatterino2/pull/4002#discussion_r973985445 but I can't phrase shit (so it's a subjectively good argument). Global emote order is fine with me. Also examples/user opinions are valuable. Just don't spam and keep it subjective.
